“Poatan” faced top contender Magomed Ankalaev in the fight card’s main event. Ankalaev ended Pereira’s title reign defeating the Brazilian via unanimous decision. The two will run it back in the UFC 320 main event on Oct. 4 in the same venue as their first meeting.
