The UFC’s $335 million antitrust lawsuit settlement has now been filed in court. TKO Group Holdings Inc., which includes the UFC and WWE following their merger, settled two class-action lawsuits filed by former UFC fighters. The lawsuits, filed in 2014 and 2021, suggested that the UFC monopolized how much fighters could earn by breaking anti-competitive measures to remove competition.
