The Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua fight has taken another turn.
Just when the story seemed to reach its end, more chapters are to be written. Negotiations were complete. The fight was agreed. A date, location, and time were scheduled. But still, drama surrounds the Fury vs. Joshua matchup. A personal feud between promoters Dana White and Eddie Hearn threatens to cancel the bout in its entirety, and Fury isn’t keeping quiet.
Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua had all the ingredients to be the biggest fight in British boxing history. Not only are Fury and Joshua two of the best boxers of their generation, but they also have a history of bad blood that promised to spill into the ring with them. But after everything was agreed, Eddie Hearn has pulled out at the final hurdle, claims Fury.
“Breaking news: Anthony Joshua and Eddie Hearn are trying to pull out of this fight,” Fury said. “They’re saying they’re not going to fight now, the little sh*thouse cowards.”
“It’s mainly to do with Eddie Hearn’s ego. He’s making up a million different things and threatening, ‘We’re not going to fight. We’re not going to fight. We’re not going to fight.’ You little coward. AJ, pull your finger out, you little white-flagged, yellow-bellied coward.”
Fury continued.
“Now we’re coming home. Now I’m coming home. The Gypsy King is coming back to the United Kingdom, yeah. To thrash you in front of all my fans in Wales. You absolute little nugget bodybuilding sausage. And now you’re making a million excuses, you know what I mean? Now you’ve got Turki Alalshikh finding alternative, real men who will fight at the drop of a hat. So, I hope you are happy, you little cowardly b*stards. I’ve never seen anything like you. You pure sh*thouses.”
“This is mainly to do with Eddie Hearn’s ego. What a little pr*ck. He’s cost us the biggest fight in boxing history.”
