Nate Diaz has been charged with battery after allegedly hitting a Las Vegas nightclub employee this year during an altercation. Reports indicate Diaz hit the employee in the face on August 25 while Nate was with some acquaintances as they were trying to get inside the Omnia at Caesars Palace. Authorities have witnesses saying Diaz and his entourage were delaying the cashier line.
