Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal will face off on for the second time ahead of their boxing match on this summer.

Diaz and Masvidal will fight each other in a 10-round boxing match at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, Calif., in an event co-promoted by Fanmio and the fighters’ own promotions, Diaz’s Real Fight Inc. and Masvidal’s Gamebred Boxing Promotions. In advance of their showdown, the two fighters are giving it the full court promotional press, including a multi-stop press conference tour. The first of these press conferences took place on Friday in Las Vegas, and the second will take place on Tuesday at Palladium Times Squre in New York City.

Diaz and Masvidal first fought at UFC 244 in 2019, with Masvidal winning by doctor’s stoppage after the third round due to a cut on Diaz. Diaz campaigned for a rematch but it never happened and then he left the UFC in 2022. Masvidal, meanwhile, retired from MMA last year but is still under contract with the UFC and received a special exemption to be allowed to pursue this boxing match.

Also on the card, former UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis takes on Diaz teammate Chris Avila, and both men are also expected to be in attendance for the presser.

The press conference is expected to begin Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. ET.
