Islam Makhachev has expressed his interest in a fight against Ilia Topuria. The former lightweight champion is currently preparing to face welterweight champion Jack Della Maddalena, with reports the fight will happen in November. Topuria, meanwhile, became a two-weight world champion after stopping Charles Oliveira to secure the vacant lightweight belt at UFC 317 in June.
